PRO Tek MASONRY is a water-based, alumina modified penetrating silicate treatment engineered to reduce efflorescence, moisture transmission, and mineral migration in masonry substrates.
Unlike surface sealers, PRO Tek MASONRY reacts within the pore structure of concrete masonry units (CMU) and mortar joints to form additional calcium silicate hydrate (C-S-H) and calcium aluminosilicate hydrate (C-A-S-H) phases, resulting in a denser, more chemically stable substrate.
